About the Registrar’s Office
This office is the information hub for current and former BHS students’ educational records. We generate copies of official transcripts and duplicate diplomas and process a variety of forms pertaining to: concurrent enrollment, early graduation and permission to work. In addition, we process social security forms and verify the accuracy of former students’ educational status for employment purposes.

Allow 5 to 10 business days processing time. We process documents sooner if we can.
Important: Provide your photo ID, mailing address(es), email address(es) and phone number when placing your order.
Note: Per school protocol, we do not email official transcripts and/or duplicate diplomas to former students.
Note: We do not work with a third parties like Parchment.
Education Verification Request
When conducting a background check for a former student you will need to provide the student’s full name at time of attendance (maiden name), date of birth and the year the student was last in attendance. Your request cannot be processed without all pertinent information; you can email your request to bhsregistrar@berkeley.net.

When school is in session, pick up work permit forms in the Registrar’s Office, D173, or email completed forms to workpermits@berkeley.net.
Please allow 5 business days for processing.
Note: We process work permits during summer break.

A Student may receive NO more than 10 credits per semester (Fall/Spring/Summer). Students will need to consult and get pre-approval from their assigned counselor before course(s) can be taken for high school credit and placed on the student’s transcript.
